In 2020, Brevard native Ursula Wynn and her wife, Christina, started hosting pop-up-style dinners. But with such high demand for their classic American menu—including the thickest out-of-the-box gourmet burgers and sauciest wings around!—a permanent location was required. Check their Facebook page for regular chef’s specials. Papa L.E.W. is named after Ursula’s grandfather, Lindsey Edward Wynn, aka Papa.
