Real estate leader closed $5.75 billion in sales volume in 2018
Allen Tate Realtors® ended the year with $5.75 billion in closed sales volume, the best year in the company’s 61-year history as the Carolinas’ real estate leader and surpassing 2017 closed sales volume of $5.672 billion.
The Carolinas’ leading real estate company reported 21,190 closed transaction sides in 2018.
“While home prices continued to appreciate during 2018, listing inventory remained low,” said Allen Tate Companies President and CEO Pat Riley. “In the coming year, we should see prices begin to normalize and ultimately, listings begin to increase.”

“We closed 21,190 transaction sides last year and had the honor and privilege of helping thousands of families buy or sell a home. Our agents have risen to the challenges of the marketplace, provided Red Penguin service and helped each of their clients achieve their unique real estate and homeownership goals. That’s something that can only be provided by trusted, experienced professional Realtors,” Riley said.
