A total of 105 Allen Tate Realtors and Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks Realtors® and teams have been ranked among America’s best real estate agents, according to the 2023 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents, an annual ranking report produced by REAL Trends, the nation’s leading publisher of trends and analysis of the residential real estate brokerage industry.
The annual rankings, sponsored by Tom Ferry International, a top coaching and training company, ranks top sales associates and teams in each state and metropolitan statistical area (MSA) by transaction sides and sales volume for the previous year.
Allen Tate and Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks agents and teams were ranked by state in multiple categories including individual agents by transaction sides, individual agents by sales volume, agent teams (small, medium, large, and mega) by transaction sides, and agent teams (small, medium, large, and mega) by sales volume. Agents named to America’s Best must meet minimum production thresholds:
-An Individual Agent must close 40 residential transaction sides OR $16 million in closed sales volume
-A Team must close 60 residential transaction sides OR $24 million in closed sales volume
More than 27,500 residential real estate professionals were considered for the ranking. Those named to the list represent the top 1.5 percent of more than 1.6 million real estate professionals in the United States.
Allen Tate and Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks Realtors took top honors in the Individuals by Volume category in both North and South Carolina. Josh Smith with Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks Walnut Cove Realty ranked No. 1 in North Carolina with $100,700,015 in closed sales volume in 2022. Melanie Fink with Allen Tate Realtors Lake Keowee ranked No. 3 for South Carolina with $76,837,335 in closed sales volume last year.
Additionally, The Millaway Group in the Allen Tate Greensboro office, was recognized by the 2023 REAL Trends + Tom Ferry The Thousand, a program showcasing the top 1,000 agents and teams in the U.S. The Millaway Group was ranked No. 18 in the nation for transaction sides in the Small Team category with 257 closed transactions. The Millaway Group was ranked No. 2 among Small Teams by Transaction Sides in North Carolina by America’s Best.
