Allen Tate Realtors® and real estate teams are among America’s top 1,000 agents, according to 2017 REAL Trends The Thousand, an annual awards ranking sponsored by REAL Trends, the nation’s leading publisher of trends and analysis of the residential real estate brokerage industry.
The Thousand is comprised of the top 250 individual agents and teams in the United States in four categories: individuals by transaction sides, individuals by sales volume, teams by transaction sides, and teams by sales volume. Additionally, the report includes a list of the top 50 individual agents and teams by average price.
Cathy C. Young, an Allen Tate Realtor® in the company’s Gastonia office, took top honors among Allen Tate agents, with a national ranking of No. 236 in the category of individual agent by transaction sides, with 130 transaction sides in 2016.
The Smith Marketing Team in the Allen Tate Greensboro-Green Valley office was tops among Allen Tate teams, with a national ranking of No. 157 in the category of agent team by transaction sides, with 353 transaction sides in 2016.
The Andy Bovender Team in the Allen Tate Charlotte-Providence @485 office was ranked No. 220 in the category of agent teams by transaction sides, with 305 transaction sides. The Bovender Team also ranked No. 234 in the category of agent teams by sales volume, with $109,000,127.50 in 2016.
Agents and teams must submit verified information for consideration and meet the minimum qualifications of 50 closed transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume for the prior year for individual agents and 75 closed transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume for teams.
