Allen Tate Realtors® President Phyllis Brookshire was a featured presenter at “Reach Tall & Grow Deep,” a panel discussion about real estate facts and trends sponsored by the Midtown Raleigh Alliance.
The event, held June 18 at the First Citizens Corporate Conference Center in Raleigh, showcased eight Triangle area experts in residential and commercial real estate and development.
In additional to Brookshire, residential panelists were Nicole Petroff, Kane Residential; Kate Kenney, Coldwell Banker HPW; Anne Scruggs, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services YSU; and Cindy Poole Roberts, Fonville Morisey. Commercial presenters included Charlie Coyne, CBRE senior director of retail; Lee Clyburn CBRE senior vice president for office; and John Kane, chairman of Kane Realty Corporation.
Brookshire joined Allen Tate in 2007 as regional vice president for the company’s Triangle region. In 2010, she was named president of Allen Tate Realtors and currently oversees 40 real estate offices and more than 1,400 agents across the company’s four-region footprint in North and South Carolina.
