Just like the dynamic neighborhoods it serves, the Allen Tate Realtors® Charlotte-Center City Office has seen its share of changes since it first opened its doors on Valentine’s Day 2000.

The office has made its home on North College, South Tryon and most recently, in a temporary space at Level Office on West Fourth Street. Now, the Charlotte-Center City office has moved into a brand-new space at 233 North Tryon Street, next to the Dunhill Hotel and directly across from the soon-to-be-renovated historic Carolina Theater.

Like many other Allen Tate offices, the Charlotte-Center City office will feature a combination of traditional office space with “landing pad” flex space for agents who prefer to work on the go, as well as private conference space. But in addition to a large, welcoming lobby, visitors will enjoy a gallery featuring local artists, with installations that change quarterly.

“Our new Charlotte-Center City location is spectacular. We’re very excited to be part of the urban core of the city and Center City’s 2020 vision plan. We’ve found a home that serves the needs of our clients and complements the growth of our community,” said Pat Riley, Allen Tate Companies president and CEO and current chair of Charlotte Center City Partners.

“We are excited about our location in the Historic Fourth Ward and close to the square at Trade and Tryon. It’s the perfect location to serve all four wards of Uptown, as well as nearby neighborhoods including Dilworth, Wesley Heights and NoDa,” said Sandy Kindbom, branch leader, Allen Tate Charlotte-Center City.

The new urban space will be appealing and convenient to those who work, dine and enjoy entertainment Uptown, as well as out-of-town visitors to Center City.

“Real estate is no longer transaction based; we strive to be ongoing trusted advisors for our clients. We welcome anyone to stop by to learn about the market, see what properties are available, discuss home financing options, or talk to a Realtor about what improvements they might make to their existing home,” said Kindbom.

The Charlotte-Center City office will offer a full range of mortgage, insurance, title and relocation services.
