Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate, the country’s #1 family-owned and operated, independent real estate firm and the #1 brokerage in the Carolinas, has named Will Kelly as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Boone and Blowing Rock offices in the High Country region.
In this role, Kelly will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 35 Howard Hanna Allen Tate real estate agents and staff.
A seasoned professional, Kelly is a top-performing real estate broker with nearly two dozen years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. He joined Howard Hanna Allen Tate in 2023 as an agent in the Blowing Rock office, and previously worked as a managing broker with Howard Hanna Rand Realty in New York and New Jersey.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in biology and pre-med from Fordham University, with a minor in business. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the medical field.

A native of Suffern, N.Y., Kelly makes his home in Boone.
