Howard Hanna Mortgage Services has named Mark McGoldrick as executive vice president of sales.
In this role, McGoldrick will lead a team of mortgage loan officers for Howard Hanna Mortgage Services in the Charlotte and Upstate SC regions, building relationships and driving revenue growth and referrals among Allen Tate Realtors.
McGoldrick will work closely with Jef Stehman and Amy Hanks. Stehman will continue to serve in his role as vice president of mortgage origination for Howard Hanna Mortgage Services in the Triad, Triangle and High Country regions. Hanks will continue in her role as executive vice president of sales for Howard Hanna Mortgage in the Asheville/Mountain region.
McGoldrick brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage banking and executive management. He most recently worked as mortgage retail sales manager for a multinational financial services company. From 1998-2006, McGoldrick led Allen Tate Mortgage (now Howard Hanna Mortgage) as president.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing from Drexel University.
An active industry and community volunteer, McGoldrick is immediate past president and board member of the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association. He served on the board of trustees for Discovery Place Science Center from 2010-2019, and is a past board chair. He has also served on the Realty Alliance Mortgage Group executive committee, the Real Estate Settlement Providers Organization (RESPRO) board of directors, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency board of directors and chaired the Charlotte Arts and Science Council board of directors.

A Philadelphia native, McGoldrick and his wife, Cara, make their home in Davidson. They have five children. He enjoys traveling, biking, pickleball, breweries and all sports.
