BSI Builder Services, LLC, the new homes sales division of Allen Tate Companies, is pleased to announce that Evans Coghill Homes, one of the Carolinas’ premier custom home builders, has joined forces with Keystone Custom Homes and will operate under Keystone’s brand and processes, effective October 1, 2022.
Founded in 2001, Evans Coghill Homes has a strong reputation for building classically designed homes with right-size living plans in communities throughout the greater Charlotte, N.C. region. Since 2012, BSI has proudly represented Evans Coghill Homes as a sales and marketing partner for its new home communities.
Founded in 1992, Keystone Custom Homes, has built more than 8,000 custom homes in Pennsylvania and Maryland and is the first three-time recipient of America’s Best Builder Award.
