GIVE BACK. BUY BACK. to support WNC

At Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks, we treasure the communities where we work and play. That’s why we know it’s important to support our clients and the local small businesses and nonprofits that make our community feel like home—especially in the wake of Hurricane Helene’s destruction across the region in September 2024.
Our communities continue to work toward full recovery. But luckily, there are many local businesses and nonprofits doing more than their fair share to help restore our region’s active communities to their full potential.
This year, we have committed to sharing some of our favorite WNC shopping spots and causes through a series of blog posts, including today’s post on second-hand furniture stores. Check back throughout 2025 to learn more about local businesses and nonprofits that enhance our home and how to support the ones near you, including:
- Thrift and consignment stores.
- Housing-support nonprofits.
- Outdoors outfitters.
- Veterans nonprofits.
- Pet supply stores.
- Animal nonprofits.
