Carolinas’ real estate leader partners with ENC Pirate Realty

The Allen Tate Greenville NC / ENC Pirate Realty office is conveniently located at 1302 E.Firetower Road in southeast Greenville. The office serves clients in Greenville, Pitt County and surrounding areas and is home to 16 real estate agents and three support staff. It features private offices, shared work space, a large meeting area and small conference room.
ENC Pirate Realty was founded in 2019 by Tracey Ayers and Kristy Conway, when they merged their independent company, ENC Real Estate Brokers, with another local firm. Ayers and Conway are the current co-owners and Ayers serves as broker in charge.
Ayers has worked as a Realtor for 18 years, with experience in residential brokerage, REO/bank owned listings, short sales, foreclosures and rental property management. In 2011, she formed ENC Property Management with Conway, and in 2019, they expanded the company to a full-service real estate firm. She holds an associate in applied science degree in paralegal technology from Pitt Community College. A lifelong resident of eastern North Carolina, Ayers and her husband Russ have three children and one grandchild and make their home in Bear Grass. She enjoys spending time in the Outer Banks and traveling to the N.C. mountains.
A native of Mount Olive, N.C., Conway began her real estate career in 2006, working with investors, first-time homebuyers and primary home sellers. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a trust account and office manager for several Greenville law firms. She holds a bachelor of science in criminal justice and a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University. Conway and her husband, Parker, have one son and make their home in Farmville. She currently serves as vice president of the parent service organization at her son’s school and enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with family at the beach and river.
