Allen Tate Companies President and CEO Pat Riley has been named to the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) for 2017, a list of the most powerful and influential people in residential real estate.

Riley is ranked No. 11 on the Power Brokers list, which acknowledges executives who predominantly oversee company-owned brokerage firms, and No. 38 on the overall list of 200. The project, led by New York Times best-selling author Stefan Swanepoel, invests more than 600 hours annually to review and rank more than 1,000 residential real estate industry thought leaders.

Riley has led the Allen Tate Companies for 25 years. In 2016, the company recorded 22,194 closed sales transactions totaling more than $5.45 billion. He is completing a two-year term as chairman for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of 550 premier real estate firms in 55 countries around the world.

In 2016, Riley was ranked No. 18 among Power Brokers and No. 43 overall.
