Allen Tate Realtors Diane Kuiper and Nancy Radtke have earned the MAESTRO Leadership Certification from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), the world’s largest network of more than 550 premier, locally branded real estate firms in 55 countries.

Kuiper is branch leader of the Allen Tate-Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge office and sales manager of the Allen Tate Charlotte-Ballantyne office. Radtke is branch leader of the Allen Tate Greensboro-North Elm office. Kuiper and Radtke were among 30 branch sales managers from top brokerages around the country who completed the 2016 program.

The program, based on proprietary and validated research, was created to address the critical industry need to develop talented and highly effective real estate leaders for the future. Offered exclusively to members of LeadingRE, MAESTRO is the first program of its kind in the industry, with the goal of using science and art to establish and practice leadership mastery.

The MAESTRO program faculty includes Phyllis Brookshire, president of Allen Tate Realtors; Mike Staver of The Staver Group and Rosey Koberlein, CEO of Arizona-based Long Realty.

Participants, who applied to be accepted into the program, attended three live sessions held at LeadingRE’s Chicago headquarters that included lectures and interactive workshops incorporating real-life exercises, role play, case studies and group activities.

“We are delighted to have such an accomplished group of professionals graduate from our MAESTRO Leadership program,” said LeadingRE President/CEO Pam O’Connor.

“Their commitment to enhancing their leadership and coaching skills so they can take their agents and offices to even higher performance levels is commendable, and we congratulate them on this achievement.”
