Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Gail Hurst as branch leader of the company’s Easley/Powdersville office at 4783 Highway 153 in Easley, South Carolina.
In her new role, Hurst will oversee branch operations, management and training for more than 30 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Hurst has more than 40 years of residential real estate experience, including 16 years as branch leader of the Allen Tate Matthews/Mint Hill (N.C.) office. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designations, an accomplishment of only 2 percent of real estate licensees in the nation.
“Gail is an accomplished Realtor®, manager, coach and mentor. During her tenure as leader of the Matthews/Mint Hill office, she has created a culture of meaningful and measurable service that has allowed her agents to nurture their clients,” said Phyllis Brookshire, president, Allen Tate Realtors.
“We’re honored to welcome her back to the Upstate where she was grew up.”
Hurst and her husband, Mike, make their home in Spartanburg. They have four grown children and eight grandchildren.
