Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Chadwick Stamper as co-leader and broker-in-charge for the company’s Winston-Salem Vest Mill Road and Winston-Salem Hanes Mall Boulevard offices.
Stamper will oversee branch operations for these offices, along with branch leader Holly Lindsey. They will help lead and grow a team of more than 90 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff.
An award-winning career professional, Stamper has worked as a Realtor since 2005 in roles as a sales agent, property manager and broker-in-charge, including tenure as an Allen Tate Realtor from 2007-2012.
Prior to his real estate career, he worked in industrial electrical sales, as manager for a general contractor, as a high school teacher and coach and as a professional home organizer.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C. where he was captain of the baseball team. In addition, he holds professional designations as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS).
An active community volunteer, Stamper is treasurer of Main St. United Methodist Church in Kernersville, where he also serves on the Finance Committee, Church Council, chair of the Capital Campaign, chair of the Linville Scholarship and Sunday School teacher. He also volunteers with Meals on Wheels.

Stamper and his wife Tara make their home in Kernersville. They have two children, Landon and Addie. He enjoys visiting local restaurants and breweries, traveling, grilling out, and attending college and professional sporting events.
