CenterCity_Newsrm_FBAllen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, announces the relocation of its Charlotte-Center City office to a permanent location in the heart of North Tryon, adjacent to the historic Dunhill Hotel.

The new office, located at 233 North Tryon Street, is expected to open by early 2017. The office is temporarily located at Level Office at 227 W. 4th Street, Suite 103.

“We’ve been proud to call Center City home since 2000. As the city has revitalized, we’ve adjusted our location to meet both the growing urban setting and the needs of our clients,” said Pat Riley, Allen Tate Companies president and chief executive officer.  “The North Tryon area is part of Center City’s 2020 vision plan with a focus on urban design and sustainability, jobs, thriving retail and restaurants and culture. In fact, this area contains the greatest concentration of arts and cultural institutions in Uptown. We’re excited to be a part of that.”

The new office will feature an open floor plan with flexible working space and private conference space.

“This office will be able to cater to various agent work styles as well as pedestrian traffic in the urban setting,” said Sandy Kindbom, branch leader. “It’s exciting to be a part of the growth in this area.”
