A total of 192 Howard Hanna Allen Tate and Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks real estate agents and teams have been ranked among America’s best real estate agents, according to the 2026 Real Trends Verified Rankings, an annual report produced by Real Trends, the nation’s leading publisher of trends and analysis of the residential real estate brokerage industry.
The list ranks top sales associates and teams in each state and metropolitan statistical area (MSA) by transaction sides and sales volume for the previous year.

In the Large Teams category, The Josh Boyd Team with Howard Hanna Allen Tate Rock Hill ranked No. 4 in South Carolina for both transaction sides and closed sales volume, with 256 transaction sides totalling $93.37M.
Smith Marketing with Howard Hanna Allen Tate Summerfield topped the Mega Teams categories in North Carolina, ranking No. 7 for transaction sides, with 344 transactions, and No. 9 for a closed sales volume of $181.38M.
