Hanna Holdings/Allen Tate is the #1 privately owned real estate company in the country, according to the 2022 Real Trends 500 and RISMedia Top 500 Power Brokers reports.
The combined companies closed 125,482 transaction sides totaling $36.5 billion in 2021 to earn the rankings. The companies are ranked among the top five largest brokers overall, based on closed transaction sides.
Allen Tate Realtors® leads the Carolinas in closed sales volume, with $6.8 billion and 19,150 closed transaction sides in 2021.
REAL Trends 500 is an independently verified annual ranking of the nation’s top 500 residential real estate brokerage firms by closed transaction sides for the previous year.
RISMedia Power Broker Report is the industry’s most comprehensive report ranking the top 1,000 brokerages in the United States by sales volume.
