Carolinas’ real estate leader partners with Savvy Realty LLC
Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, is proud to partner with Savvy Realty LLC, on the opening of its Clemson (SC) office.
The Allen Tate Clemson / Savvy Realty office is conveniently located at 208 Frontage Road, Suite 1B, near U.S. Route 123 and Clemson University in east Clemson. The office serves clients in Pickens, Oconee, Anderson and Greenville counties. It features shared and private office space, conference room, waiting room and kitchen.
Savvy Realty LLC was founded in 2024 by Suzanne (Sue) Brown, who joined Allen Tate Realtors in 2023 in the Lake Keowee North office. Brown serves as broker-in-charge of the Clemson office. She recently welcomed Kyle Hicks to her team and plans to hire additional agents.
Brown has worked as a licensed Realtor for 21 years, including roles as branch manager and owner of her own boutique real estate firm in New York. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a municipal bond broker on Wall Street and as a real estate assessor for the Montana Department of Revenue.
A native of Long Island, N.Y., Brown and her husband George moved to the Upstate in 2009. They have two grown children and are expecting their first grandchild. She is a passionate outdoors enthusiast and enjoys hiking, boating, swimming and skiing. They make their home in Pickens, S.C. with their dog, Charlie.
