Real estate leader returns to space fronting Johnston Road
Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, announces the opening of its Charlotte-South office at 15640 Don Lochman Drive, Suite 200, in Charlotte.
The new office brings together Allen Tate Realtors from the Ballantyne, Providence and Matthews/Mint Hill offices under one roof.
“One of the most important criteria for home buyers has always been location. But many buyers today are open to multiple areas that are convenient to work, quality schools and desirable amenities, especially when inventory is limited,” said Katrina Richards, regional vice president, Charlotte and co-branch leader, Charlotte-South.
“Agents working from the Charlotte-South branch will have a comprehensive knowledge of all areas of communities and properties convenient to the southern loop of Interstate 485, from Mint Hill to Steele Creek and beyond, including into South Carolina,” Richards said.
“More than 190 agents and employees will be based in the Charlotte-South office, which creates exceptional synergies. Our agents will have the advantage of knowing about upcoming listings from their colleagues across a large footprint, which is a huge differentiator when trying to find the right home for a client in this tight market,” said Jennifer Thompson, co-branch leader, Charlotte-South.
“One Allen Tate agent may be working with a buyer who is also a seller, and their current home might be the perfect fit for a buyer working with another Allen Tate agent,” Thompson said.
“Our new space includes part of an unique space in the Allen Tate building that we previously occupied from 2004 to 2019. So for some agents, Charlotte-South will feel like moving back home,” Richards said.
Allen Tate will occupy the entire second floor of the building. Howard Hanna Mortgage and Allen Tate Insurance representatives are available onsite to assist clients.
