Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Tanya Knutson as sales manager of the company’s Gastonia office at 605 South New Hope Road and the Belmont office at 203 Glenway Street.
In her new role, Knutson will will help oversee branch operations and train more than 75 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Knutson is an award-winning Realtor® with 11 years of residential real estate experience, including six years with Allen Tate, most recently in the company’s Huntersville office. Prior to her real estate career, Knutson held sales and leadership positions with Con Agra Grocery Products in North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Atlanta.
Active in her community, Knutson volunteers with Operation Christmas Child, A Room at the Inn and the First Contact team at Lake Forest Church in Huntersville.

Knutson and her husband Mike have two children and make their home in Huntersville. She enjoys crafting and making gifts for clients, family and friends.
