Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Kim Henderson as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Greenville/ Simpsonville, S.C office.
In her new role, Henderson will oversee branch operations and lead and coach a team of 20 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff.
An accomplished real estate professional, Henderson has worked in residential real estate and new home sales for more than 25 years. Most recently, she worked as qualifying broker and sales manager for Smith Douglas Homes, the largest private home builder in Atlanta.
Prior to her real estate career, Henderson worked as a corporate travel accounts manager and in corporate sales for the hospitality industry.

A Greenville, S.C. native, Henderson is excited to return to her hometown. She enjoys golf, biking, paddle boarding, and hiking with her beagle, Bentley.
