Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Cindy Ryan as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Concord, N.C. office.
In her new role, Ryan will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 40 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff.
A seasoned real estate professional, Ryan has worked as a Realtor for 11 years. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in retail management.
Ryan served as 2020 president of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors where she implemented and developed the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Education Committee. She currently serves as immediate past president of the CCAR and on board of directors for NC Realtors. Ryan is also a volunteer with Pink Pals NC, Cabarrus County’s first breast cancer support group.

Ryan and her husband Jim have two children, Annabelle and Quinn, and have resided in Concord since 2001. She enjoys reading, gardening, 80’s music and spending time at the beach.
