Allen Tate Realtors®, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Adam McCall as regional vice president for the Upstate region of South Carolina, effective January 1, 2023.
In this new role, McCall will be responsible for growing the Allen Tate presence and market share in the Upstate region. He will oversee nine offices and more than 170 real estate agents and employees.
An accomplished professional, McCall earned his real estate license in 2008 and joined Allen Tate Realtors as part of his father Daryl’s real estate team. In 2012, McCall joined the Allen Tate Client Relations Team and was promoted to Client Relations Manager the following year. In 2015, he was named Director of Client Relations and added responsibility for home warranty services. He also oversees the Real Estate Referral Network of the Carolinas for referral agents.

Bardo will step down from his role as regional vice president at the end of the year but will continue to lead the company’s award-winning luxury program and other projects.

In addition to his duties as regional vice president, McCall will continue to manage the company’s home warranty program and the Referral Network.
A Charlotte native, McCall makes his home in Catawba, N.C., with his wife Mary. They have five children and plan to relocate to the Upstate.
