Allen Tate Insurance, a division of the Allen Tate Companies, has named Karen Reifert as executive vice president of sales.
In this role, Reifert will be responsible for executing and implementing the overall direction, coordination, quality and productivity of the Allen Tate Insurance sales team. Additionally, she will develop strategic relationships with real estate agents, loan officers and clients to meet or exceed new business goals and strategies.
Reifert brings more than 29 years of insurance, leadership and sales experience and has held positions as senior vice president, vice president, and director of sales with the insurance division of a national real estate company.
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Averett University and maintains a property and casualty license in Virginia.

Reifert has recently moved to the Charlotte area from Virginia. She has one daughter, Mikayla, who currently serves in the U.S. Air Force in Japan, and enjoys spending time with her dog, Uhtred.
