Allen Tate | Howard Hanna, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Andrea Montague as branch leader for the company’s Davidson, North Carolina office.
In this role, Montague will lead an established team of 20 successful agents and help expand the culture of Allen Tate to attract new agents.
Montague began her real estate career with Allen Tate | Howard Hanna in 2013 and has consistently been recognized as one of the company’s top agents in the Huntersville office. Recently she achieved the company’s Legends Club level of $75 million in closed sales volume. She is a graduate of the company’s distinguished Emerging Leaders program.
Montague will continue serve her valued real estate with their real estate needs..
Prior to her real estate career, Montague worked as an elementary school teacher and literacy facilitator for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and a Master of Education in Reading Education from UNC Charlotte.

A lifelong member of the Lake Norman community, Montague and her husband, Thorne, make their home in Huntersville. They have two grown daughters, Sarah and Nita. She enjoys lake activities, hiking and spending time outdoors.
