Allen Tate Companies recently honored its top performing Realtors and real estate professionals for 2023 and 2024 at its Awards Gala held March 8 at the Charlotte Country Club.
Agents from across the company’s footprint in North and South Carolina gathered to celebrate the company’s achievements in 2023 and 2024.
The company closed $7.24 billion in sales volume, representing 14,719 transaction sides in 2024. Professionals from Howard Hanna Mortgage, Allen Tate Insurance, Allen Tate Relocation, Master Title Agency and Cardinal Title were also honored for their achievements.
More than 700 Allen Tate agents and teams achieved top performance levels in 2023 and 2024, based on closed sales volume of $2 million to more than $189 million.
“During the past two years, our agents embraced the challenges in the residential housing market and turned them into opportunities, redefining what is possible in this industry,” said Allen Tate Companies President Gary Scott. “We are honored to celebrate their achievements.”
Regional award events to celebrate the previous year’s achievements are held during Q1 in Allen Tate markets throughout the company’s seven-region footprint in North and South Carolina.
Realtors are recognized each year by Allen Tate for their achievements in categories including company-wide closed sales volume, closed units, listing volume, listing units, and referrals, and for legendary service provided. Realtors are also recognized for achievements within their region and at the branch level, including top individual agent, top team, and rookie of the year.
