Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Stephanie Gossett and Katrina Richards as regional vice presidents.

Gossett oversees operations and management for four offices, including Huntersville, Mooresville, Lake Norman and Davidson. She is also responsible for branch operations, agent recruiting and retention, branch growth and market share as branch leader of the Allen Tate Lake Norman and Davidson offices.

She has worked with the Allen Tate Company for 17 years of her 20-year real estate career, holding positions as a top agent, branch leader and most recently, area manager. During her career, she has earned Allen Tate’s prestigious Master’s Circle, President’s Club and Chairman’s Circle awards. She also hold the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation, the highest credential awarded to managers in the residential real estate field.

Gossett holds a B.A. in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in Lake Norman with her husband Mark and daughter Ava Mae.

Richards oversees operations and management for seven Allen Tate offices, including Ballantyne, Steele Creek, Fort Mill, Lancaster, Lake Wylie and two Rock Hill offices. She is also responsible for branch operations, agent recruiting and retention, branch growth and market share as branch leader of the Allen Tate Charlotte-Ballantyne office.

She has worked with the Allen Tate Company for 18 years, holding positions as a top agent, sales manager, branch leader and most recently, area manager. During her tenure with Allen Tate, she has been honored with the President’s Club, Master’s Circle and H. Allen Tate, Jr. Awards. Richards holds a B.S. in English from SUNY Binghamton and a B.A. in education from SUNY Oneonta. She lives in Charlotte with her husband Brian.
