Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Sandi Salisbury as sales manager of the company’s Matthews/Mint Hill office at 101 E. Matthews Street in Matthews, North Carolina.
In her new role, Salisbury will help oversee branch operations and train more than 50 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Salisbury is an award-winning Realtor® with 18 years of residential real estate experience, including nine years with Allen Tate, most recently in the Allen Tate – Providence @485 office.
Prior to her real estate career, Salisbury worked as respiratory therapist and health educator at Trident Regional Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. She holds degrees from Trident Technical College and Medical University of South Carolina in respiratory therapy.

Salisbury and her husband, Matt, make their home in Concord and have two daughters. She enjoys camping, gardening, flatwater kayaking and riding her four horses.
