Allen Tate Company , the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Michele Early as branch leader and David Deal as sales manager of the company’s Charlotte-SouthPark office at 6700 Fairview Road.
Early and Deal will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 100 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Early is an award-winning career professional with 25 years of real estate experience. She joined the Allen Tate Company in 2003 as a Realtor® in the Charlotte-Providence @485 office and was promoted to sales manager of the Charlotte-SouthPark office in 2012. She is a licensed Realtor® in North and South Carolina, a member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service.
Early replaces Poo Alexander, who recently retired as Charlotte-SouthPark branch leader after 19 years of service to the company.
Prior to her real estate career, Early worked as a loan officer and event planner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in sociology from Arizona State University.
An active industry and community member, Early serves on the Grievance Committee of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association®, and helps coordinate seminars for high school students through the Meck Ed Careers Pathways Program. She is a past volunteer with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, Mel’s Dinner and Junior Achievement.
Early and her husband, John, reside in Charlotte and have three daughters. She enjoys walking, biking, decorating, and spending time with her family.
Deal is a seasoned sales professional and award-winning Realtor with more than 25 years of experience. He joined Allen Tate in 2005 and most recently worked as a Realtor in the Charlotte-SouthPark office. He is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, including the Allen Tate President’s Club, the Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award and the H. Allen Tate Jr. Award.
Prior to his real estate career, Deal worked as a sales representative for designer eyewear, stationary and gift items and salon/spa products.
He has consistently served the real estate industry since 2009, as a board member of the Carolina Multiple Listing Service, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association (CRRA) and Housing Opportunity Foundation.
Deal makes his home in Charlotte. He enjoys working out, reading and spending time in the mountains.
