Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Jennifer Cruthirds as branch leader of the company’s Simpsonville, S.C. location at 672-B Fairview Road.
In her new role, Cruthirds will oversee branch operations, management and training of Allen Tate agents and staff.
Cruthirds is an award-winning career professional with 12 years of real estate experience, including positions as Realtor®, team manager and Broker-in-Charge. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in accounting and as an information technology manager. She holds an associate of arts degree in information systems technology from Limestone College.

A native of Florida, Cruthirds moved to the Upstate as a young child to follow her mother’s career as a children’s clothing designer. She has three children and enjoys Clemson sports, football, gardening, decorating and painting.
