Carolinas’ real estate leader receives coveted Sapphire, Crown of Excellence awards
The Allen Tate Companies were among the top brokers recognized at the 2019 Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) Annual Conference, held February 18-22 at the Wynn Resort and Hotel Las Vegas.
Allen Tate received the organization’s coveted Sapphire Award, which recognizes the company’s participation and excellence in a broad range of activities.
Allen Tate also received the Crown of Excellence Award for the 19th time. The Crown is awarded to the member firm with the highest point total earned from performance ranking within their company-size category.
In addition, Allen Tate took home the Award of Excellence for Outgoing Referral Production and the Award of Excellence for Outgoing Sales Production for firms with 500 or more associates. The company also received the Top 5 Performance Award for Outgoing Closings.
Allen Tate received marketing awards for Video, 2nd place for “What does home mean to you?” and Carolinas Market Update, and Consumer Materials, Honorable Mention. The company was also recognized for Overall Website Traffic, Million Dollar Club and Global Alliance.
