Real estate leader moves up on 2018 REAL Trends 500 rankings
For the past 31 consecutive years, Allen Tate Companies has captured the top spot on the list of residential real estate firms based in the Carolinas. And Allen Tate has continued to advance in national rankings, moving to #4 among independent real estate firms in the country.
According REAL Trends 500, Allen Tate captured the #4 position among the country’s largest, independently owned, non-franchised brokers, up from #5 the previous year. Additionally, Allen Tate leaped to #10 in the nation among all brokers, up from #12 last year, based on closed transaction sides.
Allen Tate Companies closed 22,273 transaction sides in 2017 to earn the rankings.
REAL Trends is an independently verified annual ranking of the nation’s top 500 residential real estate brokerage firms by transaction sides and sales volume for the previous year.
