Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Beverly Foster as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Burlington office at 3315 Garden Road in Burlington, North Carolina.

In her new role, Foster will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 30 Allen Tate agents and staff.

Foster has more than 20 years of real estate experience, most recently serving as a broker-in-charge for an office of nearly 200 agents.

Prior to her real estate career, Foster worked as an office manager for a distribution company and a sales manager for an assisted living and memory care center. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Guilford College and a Master of Real Estate degree from the National Association of Realtors®.

She has served as a past president of the Alamance Balloon Fest, raising nearly $50,000 for non-profit organizations in Alamance County.

“Beverly is an accomplished real estate professional and compassionate leader, born and raised in Alamance County,” said Tony Jarrett, Triad regional vice president, Allen Tate Realtors. “We’re fortunate to have her join the Allen Tate leadership team and lead our Burlington office.”

Foster and her husband, Tom Willard, have two children, Zack and Myranda, and make their home in southern Alamance County. She enjoys fishing and hiking and is passionate about rescuing animals.
