Allen Tate Company is pleased to announce the relocation of its Greenville-Midtown sales office. The new office, renamed Allen Tate Greenville-Downtown, is conveniently located at 323 Buncombe Street in Greenville, S.C.
“We’re excited about our move to this newly renovated, landmark building in the heart of downtown Greenville. We’re just a few blocks off Main Street, near the corner of Buncombe and N. Academy Streets. It’s a great location for both clients and agents,” said Martha Hayhurst, Greenville-Downtown branch leader and regional vice president, Upstate.
The 6,200-square-foot office will accommodate up to 60 Realtors® and staff who service Greenville and surrounding counties in the Upstate. It features a welcoming lobby with TV screens and local art, two conference rooms, an agent training room and kitchen facilities. Additional services offered for the convenience of clients include mortgage and insurance.
Allen Tate has served the Upstate region since January 2008. The company has five Upstate locations, including Greenville-Downtown, Greenville-Woodruff Road, Easley/Powdersville, Greer and Simpsonville, for a total of 42 branches in the Charlotte, Triad, Triangle and Upstate regions.
