Despite the January date, the weather was warm and so was the reception from the Indian Land community when Allen Tate Realtors® held its grand opening celebration at the company’s new Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge office on January 23.
The event featured a ribbon cutting by the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a food drive to benefit the Belair United Methodist Community Food Pantry.
The office, located in the Cross Creek Shopping Center at 8356 Charlotte Highway, Suite 101, in Indian Land, opened in October 2016. It is home to more than a dozen Realtors and staff who serve buyers and sellers throughout Indian Land and Lancaster County.
“We’ve had a great reception from the community since we’ve opened our doors, and this event allowed us to celebrate the new relationships we’ve made. We’re really excited about what’s ahead, and we look forward to meeting more great clients,” said Diane Kuiper, branch leader, Allen Tate Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge.
