Are you ready for a new home in the Greensboro area – or maybe just want to explore the market? Visiting an open house is a great way to do just that, and Allen Tate Realtors® has just made your search easier with its new Open House Magazine.

The online magazine features 40 available properties open for viewing on Saturday, June 13 and/or Sunday, June 14. Properties are located throughout the Guilford and Rockingham County areas, including Greensboro, Oak Ridge, Summerfield, Jamestown, Browns Summit and Reidsville. Open house hours vary by property, but are generally between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Each featured property includes a color photo, directions to the home, listing price and contact information for the Allen Tate listing agent. Viewers can link to additional photos, a property description and Tate Map, which shows the location of the property along with other nearby for-sale and recently sold properties.

“There are some very nice properties, in all price ranges, available right now in the Greensboro area. Buyers often discover a property during an open house that they might have otherwise overlooked. Open houses also help prospective buyers to explore neighborhoods and create their “wish” list,” said Tony Jarrett, Allen Tate regional vice president, Triad region.

“Check out the online magazine, then plan a visit to a few properties this weekend,” said Jarrett. “I promise you’ll get some good information, and maybe even find the perfect home.”
