Southern Lake Keowee area positioned for continued growth
Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, announces the relocation of its Lake Keowee Seneca office to 906 US Hwy 123 Bypass in Seneca, S.C.
The new office is located just down the street from the company’s previous location, with ample parking for agents and clients, greater visibility, and space to accommodate growth. The modern, upscale building also includes a large meeting space with separate entrance that will be available for community events, as well as training and development of Allen Tate agents.
“Our Lake Keowee Seneca agents are highly seasoned and engaged agents, averaging 15 years of experience. The southern part of Lake Keowee, less than 5 minutes from Clemson University and about 45 minutes from Greenville, has seen significant buyer interest and sales from Atlanta and northern cities as rural lake areas have become increasingly popular in the past year,” said Clay Vassey, Allen Tate Lake Keowee Seneca branch leader.
“As the lease on our legacy space was expiring, we took advantage of the opportunity to relocate to a larger, more contemporary building,” said Mark Bardo, Allen Tate regional vice president, Upstate. “We look forward to welcoming both clients and agents to our new office.”
Allen Tate serves the Upstate region with eight local offices: Lake Keowee Seneca, Lake Keowee West, Keowee Key, Anderson, Greenville-Downtown, Easley/Powdersville, Greer, and Greenville/Simpsonville.
