Real estate leader relocates to modern retail space
Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, announces the relocation of its Easley/Powdersville, S.C. office.
The new 2,676-square-foot office is located at 158 McNeely Road, Powdersville, in the Shops at Center Pointe retail center. It is home to more than 25 Realtors® and is equipped with the latest technology to serve both clients and agents on the go.

The Easley/Powdersville office was established in 1999 by Rigby Co. Realtors and was acquired by Allen Tate in January 2008 when the company entered the Upstate, S.C. region.
