Allen Tate Mortgage, a division of the Allen Tate Family of Companies, has named Beth Webster as vice president of operations.
In her new role, Webster will oversee and manage business operations of the Allen Tate Mortgage office.
Webster replaces Jan Rodgers, who is retiring after a 26-year career in the mortgage services industry, including 20 years with Allen Tate Mortgage.
Webster brings more than 15 years of experience in mortgage lending operations and regulatory compliance. She most recently worked as origination compliance manager for a mortgage servicing corporation in Fort Mill, S.C., where she managed regulatory change and issue resolution. She has previously held positions as regional operations manager for several large mortgage/financial services companies in Florida.
“Beth is an approachable leader, mentor, problem-solver and thoughtful decision-maker. When we knew that Jan was retiring, it was important that we found someone who could bring the skill set that is critical for this role. Beth is that person, and we know she will lead with clarity, purpose and immediacy,” said Chris Cope, president, Allen Tate Mortgage.
A native of North Dakota, Webster has made her home in the Charlotte region since 2006. She has two sons and enjoys travel, sports, gardening, decorating and yoga.
