Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Dawn Allred as branch leader of the company’s High Point office at 1400 Eastchester Drive.
In her new role, Allred will oversee management and training of more than 35 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff.
Allred is a career professional with 23 years of experience in residential real estate and new construction, including three years with Allen Tate. She has previously held positions as Realtor®, apartment manager, onsite builder’s representative and broker-in-charge.She holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and management from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro.
An active community and industry volunteer, Allred serves on the board of directors for the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association and works with Realtors ‘R Rebuilding, Habitat for Humanity and Church Under the Bridge.

Allred and her husband, Randall, and their two children make their home in High Point. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and attending her children’s baseball and volleyball games.
