Allen Tate Realtors® will host a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting at the company’s new Statesville office on Friday, September 16, 2016, from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
The new office is located at 117 North Center Street in historic downtown Statesville.
The drop-in event is open to the public and reservations are not required. Guests are invited for cocktails at Risto’s Place (next door) at 4:30 p.m. A ribbon cutting by the Statesville Chamber of Commerce will be held at 5 p.m.
“We’re excited about our new location in Statesville and want to welcome the community to our new home,” said Hilary Broadway, Allen Tate Statesville and Mooresville/Lake Norman branch leader. “We hope everyone will stop by our office and stay for the Downtown Fall Art Crawl that follows.”
The Allen Tate Statesville office opened in August with 14 experienced local Realtors.
