Allen Tate Company is pleased to announce the official opening of its 42nd office at 117 North Center Street in Statesville, in the historic downtown area.
The office opened for business on August 1 with 14 experienced local Realtors.
Hilary Broadway, branch leader of the Allen Tate Mooresville/Lake Norman office, is Statesville branch leader.
“We’ve received a very warm welcome from the community. We look forward to growing our presence here, helping more buyers and sellers in Statesville and throughout Iredell County,” said Broadway.
