Allen Tate Company is proud to announce that Nancy Radtke, branch leader of the company’s Greensboro-North Elm office, has received the Triad Business Journal’s Women in Business award.Radtke, Nancy for 4.23.14

Radtke was among a select group of 21 recipients chosen by the Triad Business Journal and presented with the award at the 16th annual awards luncheon held April 24 at the Greensboro-High Point Airport Marriott. Women in Business award winners exemplify outstanding leadership, service and commitment to their professions and communities.

“Nancy Radtke is a respected company leader, trainer, mentor, valued industry professional and dedicated arts advocate,” said Tony Jarrett, Allen Tate vice president of operations and Triad regional vice president. “We are extremely proud of her remarkable accomplishments in business and her dedication to the community.”

As a top-producing agent for Allen Tate, Radtke generated more than $65 million in closed sales volume during her career. She joined the company in 2001 as a founding member of the company’s Triad region and worked in the Greensboro-Green Valley office until she moved into her current role as branch leader of the Greensboro-North Elm office in 2014.

Prior to joining Allen Tate, Radtke was a design and merchandising director for premium fashion brands, including Marissa Christina, Ruff Hewn, Calvin Klein, Levi Strauss and VF Corporation. A highlight of her fashion career was designing and sourcing apparel for the 1994 Winter Olympic Games in Lillehammer, Norway.

“I believe I have a responsibility to give back to others, as I was fortunate to have caring mentors and opportunities to grow in business and the arts my lifetime,” said Radtke.

Radtke served on the board of directors of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association from 2008-2014, and as president in 2013. She also served on the board of directors of ArtsGreensboro from 2008-2014, where she championed workplace giving efforts and chaired the Arts Fund in 2010. She has also served as a director and past president for the Women’s Professional Forum and as a director and past president of the Greensboro Artists League.

Radtke and her husband, Robert Brown, live in Greensboro.
