Each October, the theme park known for causing big screams gets even louder when it’s transformed into SCarowinds. Take the boo hoo out of the night when you buy a “no boo” necklace for $12.

Nothing says fall quite like an apple picking experience. Venture over to Windy Hill Orchard for hay rides, hard apple cider sampling, apple picking, apple donuts, and well, everything apple. Be advised, due to weather conditions, the apples didn’t fare so well this year— you are still able to pick apples on Fridays, and the orchard’s website says there are plenty of fresh apples to purchase. If nothing else, come for the hayrides and apple-flavored goodies!
